Well I am not sure what mod would be causing this but when I use optifine in this custom modpack I am using some blocks like grass dont render correctly. If someone could help point me in the right direction of what to do to fix it that would be awesome. If needed i can post a list of mods and give log files too. Any Ideas?

Using Optifine by itself without FML doesn't lead to a crash.
EDIT: I get the same crashing with just FML by itself. So it's not Optifine. Sorry about that.
I have found that the "Clear Water" setting may have something to do with the lighting bug described in several other posts where where any block directly under another shows up very dark. I was playing a single-player world with no known lighting issues when I decided to try out the "Clear Water" feature. Immediately upon changing this setting, the world re-rendered with massive amounts of lighting errors in a radius covering the current view distance. The lighting errors remained even after saving and re-loading the world, and even when re-loading in vanilla 1.8 without Optifine.
I restored my world from a backup (lighting was OK in the backup) and did some more testing and the only setting that I found that caused this issue was the "Clear Water" setting. I found that the initial setting at the time of load did not really matter - lighting errors were only introduced when the setting was changed in-game after a world was loaded. As others have noted, it is possible to walk into each unlit area and wait a second or two for it to light up, but this can be very time consuming. Unfortunately, I have not found any other way to get rid of these lighting errors after they are generated other than restoring from a backup.
Hopefully this information might be of some help to track down and fix this issue.

What loader are you using? Forge? Lite-loader? And what version? There is really not much help that can be given with so few details.

sorry about the extra text with time and stuff I did a quick "dir > modlist.txt" in command prompt to list off the mods. In the 1.7.10 folder has bspkrscore, baubles, codechickenlib, eureka, and forge multipart
So I just installed the latest version of Optifine. When I go away from my cow-farm, all my cows despawned. Like all. Instantly. I removed Optifine and my cows no longer despawn when I move away. Anybody think this is a bug?
EDIT: Nvm, it seems to be the forge version I'm using that's causing problems with Optifine installed. I used a new version w/o Forge and the problem is now gone.
I thought it could have possibly have been biomes o pleanty but still no resolve by removing that. I havent ever had problems with optifine on any modpack in 1.7.10 other than this one.

The option Clear Water needs to recalculate the lighting of all loaded chunks in order to make the water transparent. In 1.8 the lighting recalculation is a 2-pass process. The first pass is fast, but it may create dark shadows under overhangs. The second pass is very CPU intensive and is done incrementally after loading the level (each second a fixed number of chunks are updated). It may take some time until all the chunks have been fixed with the second pass.
Optifine doesn't work correctly with Forge version 1233+

Everybody playing TerraFirmaCraft for Minecraft 1.7.10 and Forge 10.13.2.1236 currently has the same issue when using Optifine. And given that TFC is a pretty hefty mod, a lot of people can really use the extra performance Optifine offers. An update would very much be appreciated.

HappyDiggers is a small Minecraft community with several different servers: Adventure, Arena PvE, Feed The Beast, Skyblock, Small World, Towny, Prison, Vanilla and Snapshot.

OptiFine for 1.7 (and maybe 1.6) is going to be updated when the official 1.8 version is released.
The telepoting delay is caused by the integrated server. It has a delay before starting to load chunks at the new coordinates.
This may be related to the background IO thread which is loading the region files asynchronously, probaby its queue is too long and needs some time to flush.
Not something that OptiFine can fix easily.

I forgot to say that this thing was "fixed" in Optifine 1.7
What i mean:
1.7 = 4-5sec
1.7 = 0,5sec Optifine
1.8 = 3-4sec
1.8 = 3-4sec Optifine
That means its a problem of 1.8 right?
the water and smoke particles work properly now with optifine 1.8 OptiFine HD U B0 in sortex fanver but there seems to be an issue making pigs a white texture instead of pink and i tried sortex fanver without optifine and the pigs were pink? there is a link to a sceenshot below.
One of the random pig textures in Soartex Fanver is white and it should only be used in the Mushroom Island biome, but OptiFine does not suppot random mob properties yet.
Could you "fix the bug" you can't join Realms Servers using any Optifine Version?
Because I'd like to play Realms with Optifine, and every time I'm clicking "Minecraft Realms" it says outdated Client.

This is not a bug. This is a known issue with realms. Mojang releases micro-updates that are not yet able to be implemented without re-running vanilla minecraft and then re-running the optifine installer. (in other words, run vanilla minecraft and run the optifine installer again)

EDIT: Nvm, it seems to be the forge version I'm using that's causing problems with Optifine installed. I used a new version w/o Forge and the problem is now gone.

The option Clear Water needs to recalculate the lighting of all loaded chunks in order to make the water transparent. In 1.8 the lighting recalculation is a 2-pass process. The first pass is fast, but it may create dark shadows under overhangs. The second pass is very CPU intensive and is done incrementally after loading the level (each second a fixed number of chunks are updated). It may take some time until all the chunks have been fixed with the second pass.
Everybody playing TerraFirmaCraft for Minecraft 1.7.10 and Forge 10.13.2.1236 currently has the same issue when using Optifine. And given that TFC is a pretty hefty mod, a lot of people can really use the extra performance Optifine offers. An update would very much be appreciated.

I forgot to say that this thing was "fixed" in Optifine 1.7
What i mean:
1.7 = 4-5sec
1.7 = 0,5sec Optifine
1.8 = 3-4sec
1.8 = 3-4sec Optifine
That means its a problem of 1.8 right?
One of the random pig textures in Soartex Fanver is white and it should only be used in the Mushroom Island biome, but OptiFine does not suppot random mob properties yet.

This is not a bug. This is a known issue with realms. Mojang releases micro-updates that are not yet able to be implemented without re-running vanilla minecraft and then re-running the optifine installer. (in other words, run vanilla minecraft and run the optifine installer again)
