So the cloud partials spawn, and the radar icons appear with journeymap? Cause that's all that I need to work
That's how it used to be for me on the 1.8.9 version of the mod, the clouds would partially spawn or wouldn't even spawn at all, but on the 1.10.2 version of the mod it appears that the weather mod works perfectly fine with a map.

That's good, and I just tested Xaero's 1.10.2 minimap today with it too. It works! The cloud partials spawn at least. Haven't tested with the radar yet.
Is it possible to disable fire from lightning without having the game crash? When I put the fire from lightning to -1 in the settings, the game freezes the crashes. The reason I disable this is because the rain that the mod controls doesn't put fires out. So a thunderstorm causes massive forest fires. Is there a way around this? Will it be possible to have the rain put the fire out like in vanilla before a forest fire starts?

I am having an issue with the particles. It's hard to tell by an image but they are frozen basically and will not go away. I can fly away from my current spot and the particles will not be where I am but will be down on the ground. It is a very frustrating problem because the only way to fix it is by disconnecting and reconnecting. Also I was wondering if anyone has a description of what the config file means? I know the majority but I was wondering if there was a list with a description for each thing?
Any help is appreciated because I am stumped on this issue. Thanks!
Yes I do. that makes perfect sense. I am building in creative and testing mods and didn't want the hassle of doing time set 0 all the time, thank you! that helps greatly
You should add Rainbows and fog that would be cool like foggy areas on the beach and the oceans and when its raining but the sun is shining through a rainbow can form.

Blizzards, Droughts, Weather depending on temperatures, forecaster renamed to radar, forecaster/radar have radar pixels... Example: That's shown on radar if a storm is around... Random radar stuff... Pixelated, Maybe... But also a "NEW" block named: Warnings... Where you can look at the watches & warnings... Shows custom locations... and a "NEW" block named: Warner... Where you can EDIT watches and warnings that will display onto the Warnings block... And light... Moderate... Heavy rain... And snowstorms, And where tornadoes have a (Custom chance) Of spawning in either a wind storm or a hail storm! These are my ideas so far! I hope corosus will use some! And i like your idea to! Rainbows, Fog!!

You're using optifine, aren't you?
Definitely looks like an optifine error, I get the same thing when using it.
Yes... I know what it does, But i "NEED" OptiFine... Or it drops to "0 - 16 FPS" With it's "0 - 56"
I get the same weird cloud effects, except instead of fire textures it's log textures with optifine
