I'll give it a shot! (I'll probably do horribly, though, because I stink at puzzles. But it should be fun!)
Edit: Okay, I did find a couple of bugs which you should probably fix before this map gets too far, but I think they're minor technical things that shouldn't slow you up too much.
In the very first puzzle, the signs 4 and 5 should be switched so 4 is on the lime and 5 is on the green.
You delete the inventory every time--what's the purpose of giving them book and quill?
After completing the easy levels, the medium (yellow) door remained shut, and I had to break the glass.
How do you advance in the medium levels? Once you get the right answer, it just takes your paper and teleports you back to the start of that same level. I had to fly in creative to the next; I didn't understand what you meant by first slot of the other chest, as there was only one.
Finally, you'd better double-check that beacon puzzle. It keeps going out of order, and I can't figure out why. I was hovering there watching your redstone for ages. In any case, the color pattern isn't consistent.
I only got through the medium levels, as I have to go to bed.
On the bright side, it looks like you've got a pretty good map going with that color scheme thing. I can't figure out that Caesar shift thing for the life of me, though. And I kept miscounting the mossy cobblestone and sat there for ages counting and recounting! Silly me... It looks like the map definitely gets harder--I took a quick peek at the hard levels and was too chicken to check out the extreme levels... *blushes*
