you are trapped in a green place (but what you doing here do you not know, but maybe you will find out why you are there)
this is a puzzle map about confusing you. (like Look Up 1-2)
this map has more puzzles than Look Up 1-2 had (yay!)
this map does have a story... (you will maybe not find out what the story is because the story is so confusing)
Screenshots:
Screenshots Outside The Map:
(those screenshots do spoil some parts of the map, so maybe dont watch them!)
More Info:
its recommended that you have played look up 2 before playing this map. (if you want to have a better chance of understanding the story... but you dont need to play Look Up I and II...)
there is 1 puzzle in this map wich do have a bug wich i dontknow how to fix...
this map is a single player only map (so dont try to play it with a friend)
this map takes 1-2 hours to complete. (I think)
this map was made in 1.8.2 so dont open it in a version before 1.8
please dont have any resource packs on when playing the map (only the one there is in the map)
(if you find any bugs then please tell please me)
if you record this map then please tell me, i would love to watch it
i would be happy if you tell me how long time the map takes, because im not sure about it really takes 1-2 hours =)
Great map. I completed it in little less than 2 hours so it's long enough. Also, it's not that hard puzzle map so people like me don't get bored in 10 min trying to solve puzzle (sometimes only curse creator, hehe). I would recommend this map! Good job. :3
I am utterly and completely stuck on the bit with the changing blocks and the buttons in the 'lab'. I think the textures were on the birch log in the first one, I'm not so sure about this one. The squiggly lines bit. I have no idea how the two things are related to each other, I've no idea what I'm supposed to do.

from what i understand do i think you are at this place:
if it is the place you are, is the way to solve it here:
(what this puzzle is about is to get the blocks you can change to be placed the right way, so it looks right)
(when you change the blocks in one room will they also change in the other room)
room 1 looks like this (without the glass):
the lines go like this: |?|?~||?-?~ (the "?" is the blocks with nothing on)
but there are 3 blocks you can change so i will write it this way instead: |?_?~_|?_?~ (the "_" is the blocks you can change)
then we have room 2 (without glass):
the lines go like this: ?-_|?_?-_|? (the "?" is still the blocks with nothing on and the "_" is the blocks you can change)
so this is room 1: |?_?~_|?_?~
and this is room 2: ?-_|?_?-_|?
if you put them together you can this: |-_|~_|-_|~
how it should look like is this: |--|~~|--|~
so the answer is the first one should be: - the second: ~ the third: -
if you still dont understand it then just make it look like this screenshot:
(this is a screenshot from the room i call for room 1)
I'm stuck. I "woke up" in a wooden house, went outside, and in front of a other house, I was teleported to a room with a green stained glass pillar, a face on the wall, a wooden throne(?) and a window with a man flipping a lever inside. I can't find anything to do here.
tip:
what do you use a throne/chair to =b
answer:
go over and sit on the throne/chair (tell me if this doesnt work)
I sat (and crouched) on the chair for a while and nothing happened. I went in creative for a while and noticed that you use a scoreboard objective "story". Could I increment that by 1 to advance, or is there something else that I can do.
im sorry to hear this =(
but this should do it:
do this (in order):
/setblock 71 39 -6 minecraft:air
/setblock 69 39 -8 minecraft:air
wait 5 seconds.
/setblock 70 39 -8 minecraft:redstone_block
/scoreboard players set @p story 682
and then go over and stand on the chair
if that didnt work then:
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar story
and tell me the number there stands at your name
and also tell me what version you play in
idk why this happened to you, but i guess i need to find out why.
so again good luck with the rest of the map (and i hope you doesnt find more bugs =) )
Just finished the map. I would say it was a lot of fun. There was no glitches that i found, I did have some problems with the guiding block maze thing but that may have just been me playing poorly. I'm glad there was not too much parkour, I really dislike how many maps contain it now.
I will be uploading my play through of it. It won't get too much attention however, if any as I am still new. It will act as a guide at least to those that get stuck.
happy to hear to that you still liked the map =) (although you ran into 3 bugs (maybe only 2, i dont understand how you got trapped by green blocks in that part =/)
@MapKiller
hehe =).
can you maybe tell me the glitches you found? (so i can fix them)

This map is my favorite puzzle map in Minecraft. It blew my mind with how much work was put into it! I spent a good 4 hours in it because of how difficult some of the puzzles were, and was so rewarded with a sense of accomplishment upon figuring a puzzle out! I also love the cutscenes and the textures you used, it all made it feel way different then other puzzle maps like The Code.
The only bug I found was in the chase game. I lured the red block into one of the corners and went under an acacia slab to escape but due to the way the mob's movement worked it couldn't find a way to get to me in the two block radius you gave it, and it just stayed there until I reset the game. I could try to provide an example if you wanted one on how it worked, but in any case, after completing the game I started looking around at some of the redstone (being a former redstone experimenter) to see how you accomplished some of the tricks you used and I gotta say, you are very good at keeping things simple. Towards the end, I was curious as to how you got the lasers in the wall to kill the player, and I never would have guessed diamond blocks under the floor detecting the player. That kind of stuff is really impressive to see, and I'm happy people are using the 1.8 features for something other than CTM maps! I can't wait to see more of your work, man!

=/ (i guess the command block wich should detect you on the chair isnt working (and i dont know why it isnt working for you))
im so sorry to hear that you still are having this problem. =(
but... try this:
/setblock 71 39 -6 minecraft:redstone_block
what there should happen then is that you are "stuck" in the chair and after some time you should hear a click
and then you will start to sleep
if that didnt work. Is something really bugged in the map for you =/
so if it doesnt work then try to reinstall the map =(
Edit:
think i have found the bug =D thanks for reporting this =)

Your map does have some glitches in it, and I will be glad to play the final outcome.
Fun playthrough though.
