Lol the sweet pads are the spawning platforms to prevent too many mobs from spawning inside the dungeon, at least I think I rember Vechs calling them "sweet pads" so I assumed that was the correct terminology...

Hahahaha! Ok, I understand now. I don't know what you mean by no honeypots because I tend to use quite a few of them in my early areas. However, as you progress through the map, I put less in to have a higher mob concentration due to the large amount of gear that you amass throughout the playthrough.

It looks like I'll be playing CM4 next. RC3, MC, literally all the other great maps out right now, sorry. CM4 gets my attention.
Hard difficulty as always, I'll post updates and detailed feedback periodically, sort of like I did with Pantheon. Hopefully this map will require a lot less buffing near the end.
Hello, I'm in the first wool area on CM4 and I'm lacking food. My food bar goes down very fast and it's hard to progress with rotten flesh. I'm very careful and I'm not very fast. What can I do ?
I'm just after the
ladder I had to build.
The best thing you can do is to try your best with your rotten flesh until you can find one of the chests that have food or a basic resource kit inside.

I think the best method for white wool is the opposite of your own. I find that the longer you wait, the more challenging the area becomes. Although, as chip mentioned, you will find plenty of chests with resources, just hang in there and you'll get past it.
I put the ingredients for the Torn Evil Scroll into the respective chests at the infuser, but nothing happened. I checked out the command blocks in creative and it turns out that the recipe is wrong. The recipe (in the instruction room) shows 16 Sugar on the right, but the command blocks want 32 stone. Once I retried it with the stone, it worked.
CM3 is a bit buggy due to things being 1.8 command blocks. (I would say it's just cause I made it, but I mean, lets not play the blame game :3) some of the recipes are a bit wonky due to the really inefficient way i laid them all out.
I'll start playing CM4, I have just completed two CTM's and hope to complete this, I hope it does not become too difficult to me, I imagine it will be a great adventure.
I come from Simulation Protocol: Animosity
Hopefully this will not disappoint me, I doubt you do .
Soon you will know from me, I expect great things from this map ...

CTM Maps complete: Simulation Protocol 02: Overload (My First!), Simulation Protocol 01: Animosity (Yeah... I know xD, i hope SP03 get release soon)
OP says maps are for certain versions like 1.7 and 1.8. Since we're running 1.10 right now and I try to play those maps on 1.10, will something break? If so, is updating the maps to the new versions a possibility?

Probably all the command blocks and spawners will be broken. 99% sure
Ah alright, thanks guys. I'll either wait for newer maps, or downgrade to play these maps.

Hello Chipmunk, so I was recently playing your map "Chimarian Memories #4: Blood of the Oracle" and I am enjoying it quite a lot. However, when I got the magenta wool and was about to place it, the redstone is not detecting it. I tried going to the redstone area and all the command blocks seem to be correct but it's not working for me. I am in 1.8.8 but still nothing. I don't know if it is possible to update the map so the blocks will be detected because it is really starting to be a big sin for me. P.S. The emerald blocks are working just fine.
Hopefully you'll get into the map soon and try your best if you have time.
I'm assuming he means the circular teleporting pads used in CM4.
