So I've noticed that there are some really good skin designers in the Minecraft Community, and I've got a request to make.
I'm a massive fan of the Arrow TV show. For those of you who don't know of it, the show is based on the DC comic character Green Arrow, with Oliver Queen (the main character) being played by Stephen Amell. Anyway, back to the point of this post.
I found a Oliver Queen/Arrow skin online, and while it is good, it's not what I'd like it to be. So, I've decided to ask any of the local skin creators to take a swing at making an arrow skin.
Here are some links to photos of how the arrow looks in the TV show. I'd like a similar skin, if that's possible. However, not with the quiver on the back (I don't like the look of quivers on skins).

I would assume you can make skins that utilise 1.8 features. I would like a guy, with a skin tone darker a bit in comparison to my profile picture, with a robotic arm (left arm). Also, can you give him this thing on his back, like (http://goo.gl/7pCXRW).

Can you make me a teen skin, not the teens with the commonly used bangs. Add cool headphones, cool black and red jacket (add LeoMC at the back), and dark brown eyes and hair. Please make it shadowed. I hope this turns out good, thanks in advance! Kinda like these:
