I did all but the last one, but when I run minecraft, the torches and doors are all purple and such.
To happen it would need some other texture file in the JAR file to have been edited, but it would seems unlikely as they are situated in other folder than mob. It might have to do with memory addresses or whatever you want to call it if your zombie file isn't the exact same resolution (32x64 I think) as the original. It's just a guess.
The zombies were Headcrabs though :biggrin.gif:
While testing I was being attacked by pervert mine workers :tongue.gif: with their yellow hat (looking for some zombie to see if it worked, I found a spawner under a rock...)
but i mean how can i paste a new skin in my own game. I have downloaded the skin big daddy from Bioschock but when i paste it on my minecraft file with winrar it won't work.
you need to go to profile on minecraft.net then click choose file, then select the skin, then click upload, you don't need to do any other crap about minecraft.jar and stuff, they wanted to reskin Mobs thats toatally diffrent
I did everything everyone suggested on this forum, but the zombies just end up looking all messsed up, with a grey face and the eyes are on the back of it's legs, and some of the texture isn't showing up, like it was for a different mob. since zombies and humans have the same skin layout it should have worked, and I didn't change the resolution. What do I do?
