If you wanted to do it yourself you could just go onto the Nova skin editor. Find a skin which has the Santa hat and then import your skin onto the website. The other skin will be replaced but the hat will stay there.
This is how I did it and it's fairly simple but I like the idea of having someone spread the Christmas spirit by doing it themselves. Feels like you're giving away presents in the form of Minecraft skins
