yes, if you have the game on your computer open up the jar file i believe and change the char.png file and replace it with your skin and name it char.png (or whatever the file is) and you can use your character without owning minecraft

Gender: Girl
Skin: Fairly Light
Eyes: Very bright blue
Hair: Reddish-Brownish w/ bangs that don't completely cover the eyes, with long hair that is visible in the front
Clothing: Long sleeved shirt/sweatshirt and sport-running shorts with converse/vans of something of the like.
