It has been released to the public, but since citric still hasnt got minecraftskins.net back up, I dougt you you can find it anywhere.

ok so i fixed the arms and everything looks good from what i can tell based on preferences and some single player "F5" action.
i'd like to add more texture to the costume in the future to make it look more consistent with the rest of the game / skins but i can only do so much in paint so this will probably evolve a little.
