This pack is meant to be a dark, Gothic, 1800's-themed pack that seamlessly incorporates various clockwork and slightly steampunk components without creating an overly industrial or metallic world.
The best thing to picture when thinking about what this pack is intended for is a large, old estate at dusk, with a large mansion surrounded by a wrought iron fence and with a mysterious stone-walled garden in the back. I want to incorporate fairy-tale like elements, mainly through the mobs. These won't be Disney creatures either, but dark, mysterious, and terrifying. The clockwork will present itself in some of the more mechanical blocks, mostly relating to redstone. The main building blocks will be either decorative and ornate or old and rustic. The natural world is meant to be slightly lighter than the manufactured world, meant to give a sense of "mysterious woods."
This pack is very unfinished, and despite my best efforts to the contrary, there are many blocks that I wish to redo before release.

I feel like the ores should be a bit larger for better visibility, but good work so far. The textures themselves look pretty good, but some look a tad bit too dark.

Looks awesome I really like your theme
But the furnace looks a little too dark
I find it looks good, because the theme i set in Victorian, and the furnace in that theme would be really dark and full of soot.
Should it be any lighter, it would just feel off.

I personally find the brightness to be perfect for the theme, I love how dark it is. But I do agree that the ores should be more prominent. Scratch that, I took a second look, and that's realism right there, folks! The ores actually look perfect!
The textures look and feel amazing! They truly do have a Victorian feel. Very well done!
Look really, really nice, congrats I feel the oven does not really look like an oven at first glance. But again, keep it up, I'm really interested, how it turns out.
Wow, I love the detail and the dark style of it all. I'm a big fan of dark, high-contrast texture packs which depict a more worn, lived-in world. I also like that, while the pack is sort of themed, it's not too overbearingly steampunk and could work for many types of environments. The redstone lamps are especially impressive and just what I want. Hoping to see some grating on the trap doors and iron doors, that would be great.
I think I'll tweak this up to be used for the actual cobble.
Yeah, it needs tweaking. I' shure, you are aware of the tiling issue, but also, some of the borders of the stone are not as sharp as the others, if you know, what I mean. But you off to a good start

Yes, I know exactly what you mean. This was just a first render. I may make some even more drastic changes. (Such as changing the actual chunks.)
if this is what the rest of the pack looks like, then im not even sure i want to see the golem. with your style and skill, the golem might make me crap my pants, it would look so scary and realistic.

Wow, thanks, that means a lot. I'm a huge fan.
I may make some of the ore chunks bigger...
I'll update when I make some more, but it may be a little bit.
Yes I know- I'm going to lighten it.

You just keep laying on the complements! First Glimmar, then Steelfeathers... No, really, thanks.

Tiling errors, but I am sure it will look great when complete
Looking forward to seeing some more of this!
