The easiest way now is to use a already made texture pack and then modify it from there.
But yes, try YouTube or the Minecraft Wiki. And we have a tutorials section somewhere here.

Yes and no. Just like most Textures it is a Work In Progress.
As for it being finished. It is 100% Usable. So I don't know why it is marked WIP.

Yes, I wouldn't say it is not a usable texture pack because it is unfinished, I would say it is a texture pack going through rapid changes because if you notice, I continue to improve already-done textures and slowly make new ones I have not already done yet and even replace an entire already-made texture with something completely new
Very cool! I like the shading and the shapes you've added in to the textures. Although, I think the emerald ore may need a little more work. I especially like the theme of the pack- it makes me feel original yet different in a way. I like it, keep up the good work!

Thanks! I made it so it is an HD texture pack while staying at a low resolution and feeling not too different from the default pack, it is quite amazing, eh?
Yeah, the emerald ore was rushed because I had little time to update it to 1.2 (or whatever update emerald ore came out in)
I always remake textures and make them better in this texture pack (you can see in my older versions), so don't worry about it, lots of the flaws in this texture pack will soon be corrected! Thanks.
