Version 0.5.6 (1.7): Added all blocks from 1.7, updated the folders so that the sounds are 1.7 compatible, fixed the creeper explosion sound bug, added awesome wither fight music, tilted the shovel texture, changed the "win" text, changed more block textures, changed the crosshair and, again, changed the description.
Version 0.5.5 (1.6): Added leaves, added coal block, added some 13w37a blocks, added more sounds, added proper pack image, changed description (again), made the iron block look better
Texturepacks for older versions of Minecraft will not be updated!
Just drop the file in the Resource folder
1. Type %appdata% in the searchbar2. Go to the roaming folder3. Go to the .minecraft folder4. Go into the resourcepack folder5. Drag the file into the folder
Sometimes there are 2 background songs playing at the same time
I'm going to edit it so it looks better than just 4 times the same texture
That's no way to make a faithful texture... try using GIMP and scaling up the default textures to 32x, rather than tiling them.
Also, credit where you got your sounds and music and remove the sounds that you don't have permission to use. I wouldn't even consider the possibility that you made any of these sounds yourself...

I pretty nervous about this whole thing since it's my first time, so any advice is welcome
First of all, if you want to make a liked faithful, only use the default textures as a model. Instead of tiling them up, try to make a completely new texture. For example Vattic's Faithful (the most popular faithful now I think) is pretty much a smoothened version of default textures.
I hate to be the new guy around here but, what is a faithful?
It doesn't look horrible due to the fact that default minecraft textures tile very well. But really this is very easy to make and everyone on can make this. After i tried it : The world looks huge if feels very akward and they are really confusing espically on the ores. Like when i found 1 diamond i thought i found 4
Really Can you make you OWN textures?

Got It!
That's the basic texture, I'm going to edit it so it looks better.
but the main idea behind it is a 32x version of default minecraft.
