I am making a resource pack, and my sea lantern texture suddenly stopped animating.
The situation is weird. The sea lantern block looks like it paused in the middle of an animation, and there's this big line on the block where the animation changes.
Before this problem, I had this weird issue where the black glazed terracotta had a rectangular blue line on the side of it when I held it in my hand, but I didn't link it to the sea lantern.
However, a problem happened yesterday. The sea lantern has a big line in the middle of an animation, and walking right up next to it fades to the next animation, but there's still another line further up the block.
The animation isn't completely gone though. For some reason, when I walk right up next to the black terracotta, the animation for the sea lantern fazes in, but only a small rectangle of it on the left side. When I walk away, the black glazed terracotta reverts back to normal.
I tested out the same texture with a different pack, and it worked normally. The mcmeta looks normal and looks the same as the others.
Can someone help me?

I forgot to edit this but soon after, I realized my texture wasn't a square, which was, for some reason, causing other textures to faze in, which is pretty interesting.
I had them on my old laptop very often, it was mostly red, but blue and other colors were mixed in, from afar it looked like looking at nether blocks, but the flat world is made out of grass blocks.

I think you might not have enough graphics ram?
Press F3+T if you get graphics errors.
