I've been looking for this for a long time, but I can not find it. it looks like it was deleted, I have the download link but not the direct link (if I had the direct link I could download it with idm) and I would like to know if anyone has this texture.
The original thread here on this forum was lost after the forum's transfer to Fandom, but may return later. The pack itself was never continued after its last release, but I have started working on a successor a few month ago. I'll upload the latest version of the old pack now and post a link here, when it's done.
Also, I never uploaded anything to Planetminecraft, so I guess I should thank you for indirectly notifying me of this thievery
