Hi everyone, I've been looking for a solution to a problem that I have, I've been working on a resource pack, and have tried to do different flowers for each biome, with Optifine is possible, placing the textures in the CTM folder and its respective config file... I realized that the method works with flowers with a block of height (one tile), but with flowers with two blocks of height doesn't work, for example, with the poppy, works, but with the lilac flower no... this is what I put in the properties file.
tiles=bush_bottom (The name of MY texture)
faces=all
method=fixed
biomes=Beach (The biome where I want to see this texture)
matchTiles=double_plant_syringa_bottom (The name of the original texture to replace)
So, what I'm doing wrong? it is possible? or i've tried for nothing?

I try that to, but nothing, it still doesn't working, And I say it, is just with the big plants and flowers, like the rose bush or the sunflower, the little ones works perfectly, for example...
This one doesn't work... its for the sunflower
tiles=double_plant_sunflower_bottom (heres wath you say and the properties file have this name to)
faces=all
method=fixed
biomes=SunflowerPlains (this is the biome where i want to see this texture)
matchTiles=double_plant_sunflower_bottom
But this one works... The White tulip.
tiles=lamp_blue (In this case it works with just the name of MY texture
faces=all
method=fixed
biomes=DesertHills (the same, the biome where i see the texture)
matchTiles=flower_tulip_white (and the texture that i raplace)

Could maybe try naming the .properties file to the name of the texture you're trying to replace. That's what I usually do.

THIS is a LATE response but it's wrong because it's not double_plant_sunflower it's double_plant and then set the meta to the id of the sunflower
In fact it was the version of minecraft, the question was for 1.7.10, the problem disappear when I jump to 1.9.
