Was wondering, I removed the color maps for foliage and grass by making them transparent PNGs but the waterlily still comes out green. can someone point me in the direction of making the lily show its true colors and not a color-map/shade of green?
Inside the minecraft folder in your pack, create a "models" folder, then a "block" folder, then simply place this file.
Congratulations, your waterlily should no longer even know about color maps, so feel free to return it and get color on your grass/leaves if you wish!

"I'm an outsider by choice, but not truly.
It’s the unpleasantness of the system that keeps me out.
I’d rather be in, in a good system. That’s where my discontent comes from:
being forced to choose to stay outside.
My advice: Just keep movin’ straight ahead.
Every now and then you find yourself in a different place."
I'm wanting to modify the color mapping of the vanilla leaf/pine needle blocks as they appear in higher elevations. How do I prevent them from changing from green to a mustardy yellow color? I'm operating within a 1.7.10 version of Minecraft and with the Conquest Resource pack.
