I'm completely not sure what you're asking. Why do you need a plugin to change you pack? Minecraft does this natively. Also, the default pack is part of Minecraft. You already have it.
Now... if you mean you're trying to make your own pack from scratch then there are three big pieces of advice I'd like to give you.
First, don't become dependent on a plugin or a dedicated 'pack maker' program to create your pack. Learn to manage your pack manually, and create your textures in a proper image editor. The problem with pack makers and plugins is that they're not very extensible, and if you want to do something other than the narrow range of things possible in the editor you're going to have to learn how packs work anyway.
Second, please read the All-Inclusive Guide to Texturing to learn how to make a pack. It covers everything from the very basics all the way up to some advanced things. It's a great resource for learning to make resource packs.
Third and finally, don't edit the default textures. Clear them and start from scratch. You'll make more interesting and original artwork if you create something from your imagination instead of being beholden to the defaults.
And if neither of those things are what you're looking for... well... post some details. And don't abbreviate words like "thx". It makes you seem insincere.
Oh, and you should have posted this in Resource Pack Help. I suggest reporting your own post and politely asking a moderator to move it for you.
You ask why i need a default pack? I am using a plugin "Texturepackchanger". So you can choose your Texturepack by clicking on a sign ingame. And i wan´t the possibility to change back to the default texturepack.

Again, you already have it. It's built into Minecraft. I suggest talking to the plugin developer, or asking in their preferred forum/irc/whatever and see if there's either a way to revert to the default pack, or remove all selected packs which will return you to the default. Either way will work.
Regardless, we really can't give you the default pack because, again, you already have it and because Mojang owns the copyright over those textures making unauthorized transmission a breach of copyright law and, consequently, against the forum rules.

There's no way to have the texturepack changer just remove an active texturepack? o_O

Sorry.
