Personally I dont like the outlines on the ore, maybe try a version without the outlines. As a cartoony pack, looks ok. As for Discord, you can always use the website version to chat with people and get much more responses. You dont have to download the app itself. But like A Space Osyssey said, Discord is safe and does not give you viruses, the only way this could happen is that if you already have a "redirect" virus that is redirecting you to malicious downloads instead of the proper ones.
Lol here are some block textures that I think look pretty darn good If I say so myself :
They really don't look good.
For starters, the whole "I took default and made it into lines on flat fields" thing has been done so many times that it's a cliche among resource pack creators. If you want a pack of that style, you can save yourself the time and just go download one. There's about ten-thousand of them already available. Haven't heard of or seen any? Well that's because the only people who want them are the people who create them, so they tend to get buried and tossed aside when their creators get no attention for their retreads.
Aside of being just blatant ripoffs of Mojang's textures, which is bad enough in itself mind you, there are also a lot of problems that would be more obvious if you weren't viewing them in such a controlled environment. Take cobblestone for instance. You have a lot of areas with VERY distinct shapes. Once you start putting a lot of cobblestone down together, you'll begin to notice those shapes repeat in a very obvious sort of a fashion. Part of a texture artist's goal is to disguise the fact that you're sticking a repeating texture across multiple faces and instead trick the viewer into thinking that they're looking at something organic and natural. Granted the whole "cartoon" thing gives you an out for some things, like when you do it on purpose with an outline like on the gold ore, but any time it's not obviously intended it just looks amateurish or lazy.
I think the All-Inclusive Guide to Texturing has a tutorial on tiling and repeats. You should check it out and see if you can use that information to improve your work.
And to continue this train of negativity, there are the color choices you've made. This is place I'd encourage you to actually look at a cartoon. Find me one example where the animators just went full-in on the saturation and used ultra-bright colors absolutely everywhere. I don't think that you can find one because I don't think it exists. Right now it looks like you went with the default windows color selector swatches rather than developing a palette that flows well together.
This is something that I suggest that you do before going forward, by the way. There are some great pixel art palette-making tutorials out there and most are just a search away.
I'm sorry to be negative. Truly I am. It's just that packs like these have been done so often by new artists that these talking points become redundant. It's very hard to say anything nice... particularly because the best points are the ones taken from default. The highlights on the ores, for instance. If you applied a similar technique to other places in the pack, giving it a two-tone effect, the pack would be better in my opinion. However since you opted for a completely flat texture in most places it feels like Mojang gets the credit for that and not you.
I understand that you're new at this. Good! Everyone needs to start somewhere! And to be honest, most of us started making stuff like this with all of the same mistakes you've made. (Though usually less ripping off default, but that's neither here nor there) But being new also gives you an advantage. You can learn from your mistakes and get into better habits before they become ingrained in you. Learn about color choices, learn about tiling and repeats, and learn to make something without needing to rely on the default textures to guide you. That's where you can start, and we'd love to be able to help you. If you don't want to get on Discord, that's fine. Just keep posting here. You're not likely to get quick feedback, but it will generally come... eventually.
Anyway, I hope some of my nagging and prodding helps you. If nothing else I tried to provide a few hints as to where you can go to learn some basics. Hopefully you'll look into them, and your next round of textures will be better.
It's been quite a while, haha. I recently started playing Minecraft heavily again and I've been using ChromaHills as my resource pack, but something kept beckoning me to get back into texturing. I decided to start with something simple since I don't think I've made a texture since 1.7.4...
Let me know what you guys think, back to my 8x8 simple ways for now...maybe I'll try to expand into 16x this time around though.
I really don't want to make REALISTIC-GOOD-LOOKING-AMAZING-Texture packs. I just do this for fun, and I will take your advice, by like not making the stone the same color as grey wool, I actually don't expect amazing Texture Geniuses like Alvoria to LOVE My Textures, I do them because It's Becoming a nice hobby for me. This is my first texture pack, I'm sticking to these textures. On my Next Ones, However, I will take your guys advice. When I Continue, I will put more screenshots on it. Like These One - The first showing some cartoony Textures I Love, and The Next one I want to show you how i am changing purple aspects of the ends into green :L Feel Free To Feedback.

The main problem is that you've basically stolen Mojangs default textures and claimed to have made 'your own resource pack' when in fact you've really just taken the paint bucket tool to the default textures and used a pencil to draw over them with default colors.
You can't post here and say "Feel free to give me feedback" and then get defensive when you're given feedback by one of the best artists here; that's not how feedback works. We're all happy to give feedback if you're going to listen to it constructively.
Heyy guys LONNNNNG time since i've popped in here!
Can i ask if anyone has a link or made a template for the new horses before i have to make one??
Also now my company is signed as a Minecraft partner we are designing and making new content for the official Bedrock store and growing our team.

Hey everyone.. sitting on my next pack update for a bit but I've done some fun stuff. Wanted to share this though; I'm rather happy with how they came out and the detail for being 64x, but I'm always willing to hear opinions and constructive criticism. :3
They're my new "stripped" Logs; decided to go with a vine like knotwork and floral on them since they seemed so bland otherwise.
EDIT/UPDATE:
Thanks for the likes guys! However, and this took me by surprise, but I got it pointed out that the vinework look resembles termite patterning from a bit of a distance. *laughs* x'D
Leave it up to family to be brutally honest right? If it inspires me to do even better though I'm sure not arguing, so we'll see what I actually end up using. :3

That doesn't make any sense. Discord doesn't magically give you viruses.
Cast aside your festive doylaks: dragon stuff is about to happen.
Multiplayer is lonely once you understand how it actually works.

Stripped Logs Are The Wierdest Block Ever In Mc in My Opinion, And Their textures are odd. But You Made Them Look Cool!

I really like the stripped logs. They're like the raw wooden log beams you see in rustic houses. I got mine for this doorway, here.
Those are Striped Logs? Nice Man! As Soon As The 1.13 Comes, Ill Be sure to make a texture of my own to make it look dashing! Here for now, ciao
oh lol those blue things are my particle pack on the hypixel server
