I had a quick look and i think i can see your issue the zip file you have for download is a zip of the folder labelled Arcane pack v2.6 which also has a mac osx folder. This unfortunately puts the files one level deeper than they should be.
Try rezipping it but zip the actual files within the folder rather than the folder itself, that should sort it. I hope that makes sense.
thanks! ok, here's a version with the contents compressed instead. does this seem to work?
Been toying around with a few things and came up with a golden staff in place of the golden sword, thought you guys might like it. I use it myself along with the Zeus bukkit plugin which made me want to make a staff in the first place.
This seems like the most appropriate place to ask this question:
Why is RPG always confused with old-style fantasy? Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is an RPG, but it looks nothing like doku's packs. So is 'stick RPG' and, while a flash game, it's clearly set in modern times rather than a fantasy world.
Because people on minecraft associate "RPG" with Doku;s old pack, Doku's RPG. It was a Zelda-esque themed texture pack, and so now anything thats like that is classed as "RPG."
So didn't answer the question...I have the terrain, and posted the sizes of it up to 256 for people to update with. I saw the video of the piston, and the two right textures didn't appear on the piston to me.
*Edit - I think it's just that they aren't noticeable. Will have to test mine when they release the update. Looks like maybe back and front textures....
manschopanscho is right; the rightmost texture is for the operational side of the piston base, and the 2nd right is the opposite side. The texture I have questions about is (9,14), as it just looks like a copy of the desaturated grass texture at (1,16).
Anyway, here are my textures for tomorrow's update:
(Yes I did just use a semicolon, for my punctuation is far superior to everyone else's)
Hey just wondering, could you please make a 32x version for the shear please?
Now that i'm gathering quite a few textures ive been toying with the idea of releasing my own texture pack, any tips or suggestions?
do it! do it! no remixing though. original packs are much more rewarding. i've done both, and it is much more work and much more deserving of praise to actually have an original one. And i suggest going with whatever theme you find most epic, even if it's already done, so you can stick with it. anyways, good luck if you do make one :biggrin.gif:.
