Regarding my previous request to review my pack 'Super Minio Bros', I would prefer it if you could review my better, more-recent resource pack, Drifting Breeze (link in sig). Super Minio Bros is overly bright, simple, and has an awful palette. You would only like it if you had played the original Mario games. Drifting Breeze, on the other hand, is purely my own art, while Super Minio Bros is mostly just copying and pasting the stuff of Nintendo. If you ever get around to doing a review of one of my packs, please do one of Drifting Breeze, and not Super Minio Bros. Thankyou.
Hello, it's been a while since i come to your thread without dropping an answer.
I'll be grateful if you also make a review for my pack, in the signature. You said you make survival series, as my pack is designed for the survival, I'll be glad to have your opinion on it if you try.
Cheers!
Your pack doesnt show up on the in game selection list.

Actually I like the Mario one personally. I will likely do that one because it's more interesting based on nostagia. What do you think?

Well, it's just that it's very bright and saturated. Could you do both please? Also, just in case you didn't realise, I have a new name now. Remember to call me Drazile12

I will do both eventually. But I will spread them out. As fairness to all artists, I want to give a wide blanket across the community on which art to showcase. As a third party, I bet you'd get better reaction to the nintendo one but if you really want the other one, I will. The one you don't choose will likely be done months from now.
Would you be willing to showcase a Soundpack? I have a Super Mario themed Soundpack. It is 100% complete and replaces all sounds and music (Except Note blocks). My Minecraft username is GreenKoopaBros and I am a Male. With this Soundpack, I can see you running through the different sounds in game and experiencing them firsthand, it would be very interesting.
If interested, here is the link. I would love to get the link to the video if you do decide to showcase it!
Ps: A little known bug that has been happening is that for the first five minutes of playing with soundpacks or any sounds, the music starts to overlap. I have found that it goes away after a while.

Okay, thanks. You can do the Mario one first (by the way, I just updated it, literally seconds ago).

That is so very kind of you. But, the OP did say that he was showcasing "texture"packs. I would say that Soundpacks could be put secondary for when he doesn't have any Textures to showcase. I'm not greedy.

Haha he was talking to me. Drazile has a Mario pack. I'm honestly still unsure of how to do sound packs. My map is equipped to do them, but I'm just not sure.

Can we still post our packs here? If so, I would like to submit the pack included in my signature. 1. How you want me to credit you- By DamoDraws and/or Damosuha(Day-Moe-Soo-huh/Day-Moe-Draws) If you could please, add my channel in the description? Just for a little more credit. 2. What type of feel or theme is the pack about - in your words- A pack based on the adventurous and rpg aspect of minecraft, it's a little JohnSmith-esque. 3. Your gender (seems silly but I like to use "he" or "she" made this, since I will be referring to you in the vid-I am a male 4. Where is the best place viewers can get your texture pack?- If you mean where to download, then right here on the MinecraftForums.

Drazile has a Mario pack!? I need to check that out! But, the Soundpack is 1.7.2. All you have to do is extract the folder into your resource packs folder. Then, in your resource pack menu in game, just choose the Soundpack and you can play it with any texture pack if you have one already chosen.
Haha, that would be so funny if you were to use my Soundpack with his Texture pack. What do you say, Drazile! lol

He's wondering how he would showcase a sound pack. You can't really listen to every sound in Minecraft and have the video go for less than an hour.

It would be cool if you could showcase my Colored Cobblestone resource pack.

The harsh reality is that it takes a bitter, heartless leader and an army of blind, deceived yet devoted soldiers to win a war. Empathy makes a good leader, but it is also a weakness easily exploited

Depends what mobs make what sound. If a cow (which looks like a shy-guy in my pack) makes Yoshi noises, it won't really work.

Not quite yet however. I'm about a week from releasing a massive update that brings my pack up to 1.7 and overhauls all of the old plant textures.
