I have a certain problem regarding texture packs. I have two very nice texture packs. However zombies don't seem to render properly in-game. Instead of looking like the zombies the t.p. creators created, the zombies are a muddy brown/green color with no arms or face.
I would really appreciate if somebody are to lend a helping hand and tell me how to fix this problem.
As Whoaaaa said your texture packs are likely out of date. The texture for zombies was changed to match the size of the zombie villager texture in 1.4.
In your texture pack, the zombie texture probably has a ratio of 2:1 width to height. Change it so that it's 1:1 with the texture being moved to the top.
That is, if your zombie texture is 64 x 32, use the "canvas size" tool (NOT the "resize" tool) in the editor of your choice and make it so that the image is 64 x 64. Then move the texture which should NOT be stretched by the resizing process to the top edge of the image. Save, reinsert it into the pack, and have fun.

What texture packs?

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..

Hope that helps you.
