I have looked everywhere, but I cannot find the program called MCPatcher. Searching this forum brings up endless discussions about it, but only one download post and it is from March 2011. Can someone help me?

The post is dated March 30th, 2011 because that was when the thread was created, however since you can edit your posts to keep stuff up to date that is in fact where you download MCPatcher. Otherwise the forums would be pretty cluttered up if every time there was an update to a texture pack or mod the author had to create a new thread.
Why would he need to? It's stickied on the Texture Packs section and besides; he updates almost every week with bugfixes. Quite a lot of hassle for a small thing.
