I'll certainly try and enter this time around. I have a decent idea I think, just need to pull it off.
As for interpretations, I think there's more than just an actual prism. Prismatic can really just mean "many bright colors".
Rainbow
Light reflecting off a shiny object
A field of colored flowers
Someone tripping on LSD!
A brightly colored nebula
A pile of diamonds
I have not got a clue what 'prismatic' means. So I'm going to do an automatic prism, because that is 'what the word prismatic conjures in my mind's eye'
Even though that´s nice to hear, I think it is a pretty bad excuse for giving up in advance. And I didn´t even win a challenge yet. ;D
Which I don't get at all, your entries have been brilliant so far.
I do agree on the not giving up bit, part of what's so nice about these challenges is that it's incentive to get textures done and practice and all that goodness.
What? I bet you can draw better than what you think...
best not to think about drawing and just draw! But don't draw without thinking. Always draw with the intent of learning and experimenting but don't let it all weigh you down at once. Even the greatest started with a squiggle.
And some artists when using digital media sketch on a pad of paper and take photos/scan and paint on top of it... (just dropping possible aid whereever I can...)
I think I may skip this one. Not coming up with any good ideas right now and I'm going to need to get my act in gear and work on some non-Minecraft painting, knock out some stuff I've promised people.
My new one is working out to be abstract

And in-game:
I suppose I should title it. "Generic Fantasy Dude With Generic Rainbow Sparklies" Done!
Called Prism Sky
And in game :

Congratulations to Develsaa on winning the first week!
