A: It is the file that shows what you see when you use a pumpkin ingame as a helmet.
Q: Can you tell me how to do it?
A: Yes. Look below.How to install them:(You need WinRAR)
1. Click start
2. Type run
3. In Run, type "%appdata%"
4. Click folder ".minecraft"
5. Then "bin"
6. Open the minecraft.jar file in WinRAR
7. In minecraft.jar, Go to "misc" folder
8. Replace the pumpkinblur.png file and save it.
9. There you go! Its installed! 1. Black Ops HUD (Just an example, i don't like it very much)

It has some pretty neat ones including a great metroid prime one.
Yeah its dead now and its not that organized. I'm going to post them in here for people to see. That thread is what got me to make this thread :tongue.gif:
Mine from Glimmar's Steampunk. Still not finished yet, but the only old interior view of an old fashioned diving helm out there. Plenty of exterior views of diving helms on google, but no interiors whatsoever, at least when i was looking last year. So this was made from photographing the inside of a plastic toy teapot sprayed with gold paint followed by work in Gimp. The finished pumpkin blur would have more, by way of gauges, little details like stickers, perhaps an old photograph, etc. The restricted view is intentional as a trade off for being able to work underwater, when an underwater breathing mod was available.
Today it is being used by Nandonalt in his underwater diving apparatus mod. It's more specifically designed for an old fashioned diver though.
