I have been searching for a while to find a program that I don't have to download to make a texture pack. It is kind of annoying to install GIMP or a program of that likeness and so I have been looking for an online one. I am pleased to say that I have found one. It is a google Chorme app called FotoShop. Right click the image icon, then click open image in new tab. After that it will prompt you to download it but just click the "here" link and you will be able to see it! It is me making a texture pack with it!

Er... The image doesn't work
Right click the image icon, then click open image in new tab. After that it will prompt you to download it but just click the "here" link and you will be able to see it!
