Hi, I want to make a texture pack, I'm pretty sure I know how to do everything as far as making it downloadable and all, but I need a theme. It's gonna be a 16x pack.

Any suggestions?

Yeah the movie was awesome. Tr making a texture pack based on the caveman era. IDK not really good at ideas

Prehistoric, I'll keep that one in mind for when I get better at making texture packs

Sort of a caveman in prehistoric pack would actually be pretty amazing. Make the foliage like a rainforest and the ores could be cave drawings of the material. Coal could be a black chalky drawing of coal on the wall with other stuff surrounding it to make it tile.

That's a very good idea one the ores.

Prehistoric I do like, also been hoping someone would start an ice-age/ice world pack.

Avatar was a high-quality special effects remake of Pocahontas with a heavy dose of white guilt, overdone and unoriginal save the environment message, and poorly done 'plot/character development'. I could talk a little more on my issues with it, but as to not clutter up this thread with off-topic discussion, PM me if you care to continue. :smile.gif:

I'll make the prehistoric pack when I get better at texture packs, I need something to start from for a first texture pack

Either you're going to jump in with something you care about making and improve along the way (and yes, you will redo textures) or you're going to make the ten thousandth SimpleShit Texture Pack and give up texture making when we react negatively.
