Been working on and off on this project for over 6 years at this point (it has probably been longer, but that was the oldest timestamp my files had after several computer recoveries due to hardware failures over time) and I feel comfortable enough to post this here at this point.
So what this is is a pack inspired by the MMX series, but sprited in the style of MMX 1-3 to keep with the same style theme. There are and will be more references to the other X games in the future, but I myself sprite whatever isn't an original part of the first three X games to maintain cohesiveness.
That being said, the last time I worked on this pack was about 2 or more years to support a Mega Man centric server. I've recently been plugging away at the pack because I now run a new server with a friend of mine and I personally love the work and dedication I put into this pack over the years.
This is still a work in progress, but a huge labor of love for both franchises, I have made every effort to make X themed objects and textures fit within the Minecraft mold so as not to be too jarring to anyone using it. (so materials, items, and terrain will still look similar to their MC counterparts, but it was either custom sprited by myself, original to the MMX 1-3 games, or an edit or conversion of an object or thing in MMX)
Please feel free to ask questions and offer ideas and suggestions, I'm open to experimentation, but I may not include the suggestion based on how well the idea worked in practice.

This is actually really wonderful. The items are fun, the blocks are great, and the animations are really nice.
Ores, stone, leaves, dirt and grass, leaves, sand stone, and ocean temple block textures are all amazing standouts that you did a fantastic job with I gotta say.
Armor is super well done and the GUI is pretty nice too, love the little throwback details.
Small things though; why did you put the pack inside a folder inside the zip so we have to unzip it? Oversight, compatibility or future plans?
And not to be negative there are a few texture with tiling issues and or cut off texture like the right side of the crystal texture you use for Glowstone, diamond, and emerald blocks and the oak leaf (and other leaf blocks you used this texture for) has tile trouble on the left and bottom connections. They're easy to ignore at distance and don't hurt it badly though imo. The clock also has a broken texture at midway as the moon is on the right and the sun on the left, around sunrise. Unsure why.
That aside most of the items are like I said a ton of fun like the blaster bow and the Z-Sabers, the potions are also really cool as well.
This is definitely one of the best based on a game packs I've tried and it has a lot of obvious care in both the original and recreated (or ripped, can't tell but I don't judge) textures and sprites. Great work!
The folder thing was an oversight, I'm actually not sure how to currently format a pack. As for the texture wrap, I'm still working on the optimization, MMX has weird tile usage and doesn't wrap in a normal way, it's almost like they use sub-tiles and go ham for each stage. Some simple edits should iron that out in the future.
I'm aware of the clock issue and am currently trying to figure out exactly what frame I'm missing with it. The potion sprite is an edited tile of Blast Hornet's butt. XD As stated in the intro, the entire pack is a mixture of ripped, heavily edited tiles and objects, and original sprites by myself. I've kinda had over 10 years worth of familiarity spriting in Mega Man styles because of what forum I hail from. (Sprites Inc.)
EDIT: I've now fixed the pack issue regarding the folder derp.
