Echo Resource Pack

Hi!

This is a simple resource pack that would let Ghast and Ender Dragon sounds have a more echo sound.

The only thing I did is that I edited the sound files using a sound editor.

This is a nice change, the only problem I can see is if a ghast is outside the nether the echo could seem out of place,

but that doesn't usually happen.
