This happen at the large 1.13 update (version less than that are not effected).

This issue also effected some of the other tulips, luckily it would not be a broken texture, it would just be using the slightly edited thinner potted texture

I made the potted textures as some of the plant textures clipped the plant pot.

It will be in the next update (probably next month) as I've been back dating some of the recent snapshot textures changes and fixes.

The Java 1.18.1 packs have been released, also packs for Bedrock 1.18.2.

I'm currently working on backdating as many features to older releases of Minecraft, currently all the was back to Minecraft 1.5.2, more to come.

10 years ago I contributed to this resource pack, it still is my favourite to this day.

You forgot to put in the textures for the cherry fence and fence gate for 1.19.4v7.
