How does Dableo made the textures?

Lots of Clay (or is it Plasticine?)
Adobe Photoshop cs5 (Part of the Creative pack) (not free)
Lots of Photoshop filters
A Scanner

This link here it says water flow x4 at the end. That means that the water flowing animation frames are going at 4 ticks per frame.
