,also this have mod supports "additional banners" and "quark" on banner patterns only but it still supported for players who want it 
well click Start+R then type %appdata% then click ok then open .minecraft folder then resourcepacks folder then put my resource pack of it. it works on shields only when you use this pack it will fix shield patterns for you

Hi, the changelog has 1.0.0 listed, but all the downloads seem to still be the 0.8 version. Where can I find 1.0.0?
1.0.0 is not existed yet it's just an upcoming version, when bedrock edition adds shields it'll be available for both at same pack :).
