Reaaly nice and creative idea! I love how the dropped items look somewhat realistic now, the only things i don't like are the weird "swinging" (it looks more like slightly tilting an item backwards) animations and the position of the sword, it almost looks like the sword is made out of rubber when you swing it, it awkwardly bends sideways, still love the pack though ;).
I like it, they way the blocks are rendered when you have a stack of dropped items look really nice. I agree with lennieplop60, the way items in your hand look when you swing them looks odd, it seems like you're swinging backwards instead of forwards.
