Basically what the title says. This very small resource pack simply changes the names of the pigments in the "Botany" mod to the names used internally (as can be seen in the lang file), which are actually HTML colors (as can be seen here). Download link here.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that this also reveals the reason the pigments are in an odd, semi-alphabetical order in the Creative GUI: they are alphabetically sorted by their color's internal names.
