This pack is awesome. I haven't played Minecraft in a while, but I found this pack looking for graphics for a roll20 Star Wars game. I hope you don't mind me using the pack for that. I think my players will be floored by the maps I'm making with these: the textures look fantastic.
However, my sincere apologies I didn't send you what info I have on ctm carpet creation in good time. I now feel very guilty as I had a file I was putting together for you sitting on my desktop for the past week. Pressures of real life (building work, etc) meant I haven't been on my PC for any length of time for the past few weeks.
Anyways, I hope you get the PM I've just sent you and hope the links to examples, etc work, though it looks like you've got everything figured without my help, but you might find something useful in my ramblings.
That there silver carpet looks like good fun to mess around with.

I have a problem. I downloaded your map and dragged the map from the archive. My computer wouldn't let me put the map in the saves folder. It said it was an unknown format or damaged.

Perhaps you should put the unzipped map into the folder....?

It said it was a zipped archive and the folder's messed up, I already tried to drag the map into the folder. My computer still said it was an unknown format or damaged.

Sorry, but I can not imagine what`s going wrong! I hope you downloaded it original from Curse, try to download again, perhaps it went fail....
Nobody else had some troubles with downloading my maps..... Which map do you mean at all?
The Space adventure one, for some reason it's still not working.
Did you realise that this map works only with MCvers. 1.8.9 (Optifine) and 1.8.7 (MCPatcher) ? It`s not possible to update, because there are a lot of
commandblocks in there......
Did you unzip the file (using WinRar or similar program) and then put the unzipped file into your savesfolder....
I know it works with version 1.8.9 and Optifine (I have Optifine). Also I don't know how to unzip a archive with WinRar.
I guess I'll research how to do it.
WinRar is a freeware programm, load it down and install, then doubleklick to the "zipped" folder you want to open, inside you find the "unzipped" one and then put this to your savesfolder....
# Latest Update:This is now the amended " forge compatible " resourcepack, that means, I removed some "modified " stairs, which had transparent backgrounds using with forge.
To get it back into your game, you can use my new " Space - Extended - ForgeMod" and some more new things.(Optifine required!)
Awesome resource pack, Norzeteus! I was wondering, could I modify the pack a little bit by adding a few custom sounds for an adventure map that I might make? I'll give credit of course.

Sorry, you are not allowed to change my pack on principle, but you can create an addon and change the things you want for your needs.......
You could create your own addon, like a texturepack (you must look, how to do) and inside you can change i.e. the sound files you want to.
Make a new folder, name it as you want (sound addon...) Inside must be a pack.mcmeta file, a pack png.file, an assets folder >minecraft > sounds>
and there the folders you want to change (must be ogg.files!)
Open my resourcepack and follow the paths, then it would be easy to do...
If it`s done you put it in your resourcepackfolder ABOVE the texturepacks you want to use, and the files will be overwritten with yours....(if you did it correct...)

New update: Created new design of wool_colored_silver and carpet, changed design of "redstone" item to an animated one.
Planing a Spaceextended forge-mod, read about at the mainpage...
Awesome use of classic ctm there, my friend!

Just been looking at that 'Space Extended Forge Mod' and can't wait to try that out...especially the pipes...woah!
How the heck do you find time to do all that on top of all the resource pack work? Amazing!
That's my secret : ...... I am retired and have all the time in the world to do my hobby "minecraft".....
