It's a cool resourcepack for it being your first. The enderman looks like it should be called neon man though!

Hey man I was wondering if you would let me showcase your texture pack on my channel! I post HD content and very good quality videos. The only thing is you would have to put the video on this forum post where you put the resource pack! So would you care do do this deal if you want to see my channel it is DavesAnApe!

You go to the folder assets/minecraft/models/block or create it.

And create two textfiles and rename the files to lever.json and lever_off.json open it with notepad or an other texteditor and paste the script, which is in the codeboxes in my quoted quote.
