Why do I get the feeling you didn't bother to properly license any of this music?
Please, either spend the money to license all of these songs or take this down. If you don't, a moderator WILL take it down for you in a quick hurry. We really don't need the RIAA suing the forum because you decided to post copyrighted music here. Please be a good person and do the right thing.

These songs are in the "Public Domain" List. Also you did not have to be rude in the post.

Just because the songs are doesn't mean these performances of those songs are public domain. Yes, there is a difference.
Since you didn't bother to specify who the performers are or the source of the songs, my default assumption is that these aren't on the level. We get a LOT of people on this forum who think that anything that they can take off of the internet is fair game, or that because one part of a work is available that means that they needn't give credit or make sure the work as a whole is viable. Copyright is not a simple thing, and a LOT of people run afoul of it around here.
And no, I don't need to be rude. It does, however, frequently help to drive the point home. I'm sorry if I came off as needlessly abrasive, but getting your ducks in a row where copyright is concerned really is YOUR responsibility.
Now... Please cite your sources and the contributing artists. Even if these recordings actually are in the public domain you still have the moral obligation to give credit where credit is due.
Edit: I downloaded this to give you the benefit of the doubt. First song I listened to: Frank Sinatra. That recording is nowhere NEAR old enough to be in the public domain. Frank Sinatra died in 1998, and a work becomes public domain no less than 50 years after the death of the author. Last I checked it wasn't 2048 yet, so this recording is definitely not in the Public Domain and is still very much protected under copyright law.
I am trying to share with the community a free gift to bring Christmas music to their minecraft play is that hurting anyone? No. Will "Frank Sinatra" care? Very doubtful since it has to deal with Christmas and hell his great grandchildren probably plays minecraft who knows.
You seem to be the only person on this whole forum who cares. Is anyone else complaining? Nope. Is staff Complaining? Nope. Just give me a break here bud. This is my first share and I am trying to give to the community.

I care. So, shall we make this easy or difficult for you? Your call.
You don't have the legal licensing to distribute this music, which, by urban definition, makes you... not a good person... By your own definition, there would be nothing wrong with me sharing my movie collection because "Im trying to share with the community". Im sorry, but that isn't how this works...
Also, because you've made the completely ingenious decision to host the pack on your own site, your domain can be reported, which would bring in the feds, putting you liable for each and every person who did download the pack, which could rack in several thousand dollars, very very quickly. Kudos to that.
There is a right and wrong way to share things, and you chose the worst possible way to start off.
Little Update: I found some Royal Free ones, that allow you to download and share for free. So this music pack will be live again sometime today. Long Live Christmas Music on Minecraft.
