Welcome to Wolfhound Fantasy, a highly detailed 64x64 texture pack with entirely hand-created textures. This is a variation on the original Wolfhound. This pack happened when I realized just how much I liked silver, purple, and shiny things. So. Many. Shinies.
This doesn't look like default Minecraft!
It's not supposed to. Wolfhound Fantasy brings a new theme to your game, giving you a totally different look without installing mods.
The customizer is a web application I built that allows you to select from any of the Wolfhound textures to build your own custom version of Wolfhound!

Terms of Use
What can I do with this pack?
use it in a Youtube video, include a link back to Wolfhound
use it in a remix pack for redistribution, include credit and a link back to Wolfhound
alter textures for a remix pack for redistribution, include credit and a link back to Wolfhound
use (altered or unaltered) in a map for distribution, include credit and a link back to Wolfhound
use it for any of the above purposes without first asking permission
What can I NOT do with this pack?
claim it as your own work
put it under any sort of link that makes you money
upload it to websites as a texture pack. In other words, don't go to some website that distributes texture packs that I'm not already on and upload it yourself. I need to retain control of this pack so I can keep it current.
I've relaxed my standards on what you can and cannot do with this texture pack because I'm making this for the community and I want the community to be able to use it and benefit from it. There's no advantage other than ego-stroking to keep it exclusively to myself. Just don't claim it as your own.
And make sure you're following the TOS of anywhere you use it.
Okay, CrazycrazycrazycrazyCRAZY idea...
I'm not sure if this is TOO magical for this fantasy pack but I had this idea and I just want to throw it out there...
This pack seems to be a little more fantasy then your others, so what if instead of having regular water you made it like this blackness with stars sparkling in it? I know it sounds crazy buuut...it's cool! ^^
Maybe it's too flashy, or you could use it for lava, I dunno...
My idea's for resource packs tend to stand out a lot see, if I ever make some they'll be...interesting...But I'm getting off topic!
You could also make the lava purple...I dunno...it's simple but fits the packs colors...

I like that idea for the lava. The water might be a bit toooo much. Lava is really hard to animate though, so this might go on the list of 'someday' things.
Anyway. Updated the bow and arrows. Magic spells! Yay magic!
Okay, just updated it and WOW!
I love the new magic! I feel a bit more of a mage then an archer now, which is cool!
I always wanted to be casting magic like that in MineCraft, I don't know any decent mods for it so this's good!
Keep up the amazing work.
[Edit]: Sorry, got mixed up in another pack...
THIS is the one that's missing the witch textures, and Zombie Villager textures too...
at least for me...
Apple: I think your apples are fine as they are personally...
Potato/Baked Potato: You could go with squash...not very fantasy but unique.
Bread: I'd make some sort of small breadish thing wrapped in leaves, like Lumbas bread, Or you could give that to your fairy pack and have some blue sparkly thing like how the wheat is... Carrot: You could do some weird fantasy glowing root?
Chicken/Cooked Chicken: I can't seem to recall, but was this the pack where chickens you made a cockatrice? if so...then a cooked one would be...interesting... Fish/Cooked Fish/Salmon: You could go a bit crazy and make them a jelly fish, the cooked jelly fish would be weird...Or you could look at some pretty tropical ones and pick out your favorite. Mutton: Like...a giant leg of mutton like vikings liked? That's not very fantasy though...
Pork Chop/Rabbit: I have no idea...Sorry! >.<
Golden Apple: You could make a special potion if you wanted, seems kinda weird but if it's one of the things needed to cures zombie villagers it'd make sense, right? Golden Carrot: Glowing/sparkly version of what you settle on carrots...
Melon: You could make it some blue sparkly thing like how the wheat is...that was cool...or you could make it purple seeing as this pack's all purple stuff... Mushroom Stew: A bowl of glowing mushrooms??? I think (Not sure on this) that 1.8 allows transparency for blocks and items, but I really don't know...What I DO know it supports is item name changing, so you could rename the bowl 'mug' and make instead of mushroom stew it's 'mug of ale' like the one resource pack did... Puffer fish: Okay, if you don't make the regular fish jelly fish then these guys should be jelly fish!
Pumpkin Pie: You could totally ignore it's name and make it an apple pie...I like apples...
I hope you liked the idea's! Sorry for the long wall of text, there's no spoiler tags. (Unless I'm mistaken.)
Okay, so I just got the updated version of this pack and I must say I am very impressed!
The Moon as sooo darn cool! Though the sun seemed a bit more science fiction then fantasy to me... I'd have made a giant crystal floating in the sky or something...maybe that's a bit over board...I dunno...It's your pack, so you do what you like and all!
Now I noticed the wither skeleton skull was missing...
And Ghast tears as well...
Though I DID notice the new buckets! Those are amazing, along with the new potions!
I loved the cookie, it was subtle, yet fun.
I also noticed you redid some of the paintings, those I specifically want to point out because they're like...totally awesome!
All in all, I've heard this pack had bad feed back, but I have no idea why, it's shaping to be one of my favorites!

Whoops. That's fixed. I've uploaded the corrected version and it's got some of the mobs updated as well.
A lot of the early complaints were that it was too purple, but I haven't heard anything about that in a while. It is my least popular of the Wolfhounds though, going by PMC's rating. I'm not terribly surprised, it's one of the newer ones and you gotta be okay with purple because it is REALLY purple. Though Wolfhound Classic Medieval has outstripped it in popularity despite being newer, but that doesn't surprise me either, because Classic is the best of the Wolfhounds, in my opinion.
I even like better than the original! You are making a bunch of great recourse packs!
One suggestion I have is to maybe change some sounds around, an obvious example would be the bow sounds; the shooting, the arrow hitting something, etc. Either way great job!

Wow, I love the new stuff...
I'd normally be more spunky and squeeish, but I got a headache...
I'll just stick to "Amazing work! Keep it up!"
Friendship is magic!
I love purple, love silver and shiny stuff, I am sold.
Colors are not final. Those are placeholders.
Armor is done!
The iron armor reminds me of the Robes the main character in Fire Emblem awakening has...lol
Awesome!
Also, I love the diamond helmet, having floating crystal shards on my head would be cool.
Friendship is magic!
Updated the villagers!
might be a little late but Ars Magicka is a really good one
I have just downloaded this, and it is AWESOME!!
