Just go to where your minecraft is installed, if you cant find the folder, just go in game, go to the resource pack settings, and click the button to open folder. Navigate back one folder from there, then go into VERSIONS folder, in there you'll have folders linked to your profile you have set up,. go in, theres a .jar by the same file name as the folder. Open it with winrar/winzip, and drag out the ASSETS folder.
Grats you now have all the default textures.
And for the record, anyone offering default for download, it's illegal, and should be reported.
As an addendum to what Taiine said above, you'll also need the pack.mcmeta file from the jar. It should be somewhere amidst all of the .class files that you don't need and can't use. You can also get the default pack.png file, which serves as the pack's icon in the Resource Packs menu.
And yea, don't put anything in the default up for download. Ever. Even if you're distributing your own pack, make sure to remove all of the default files before uploading it anywhere. Minecraft will fill in any gaps in your pack with the defaults, so there's no need at all to include them in a download. Likewise, don't just scribble over the defaults and call it a pack. If we can tell that it was once the default textures, it'll get removed from the forum for copyright reasons.
Not saying you're going to do any of that stuff, but if you were now you know.
