Dogecoin is the kind of thing you use to tip mod/texturepack authors, instead of throwing a few $$ at them (much of which goes to Paypal or whatever) you can tip them with Doge, no worries of most of it going to greedy corporations.

I have an XBox tag, but only because I needed one to try the Windows 10 version. I don't have an XBox.

Understandable, but I can't exactly go grab $5 and hurl it at my monitor to make it appear at your place (although that would be awesome), and not everyone has a credit/debit card.
Thebaum64, you might also want to update your install instructions. It's much easier just to open Minecraft, go to "Resource Packs" and click "Open Resource Packs Folder" than trying to find %appdata% (and not to mention the folder is different for people on Mac).
