When i put this into my resource packs folder it doesn't show up on the resource packs list on minecraft. Any help?

How much RAM does your computer have, what kind of graphics card, and what version of windows.

sorry for the large amount of questions, but did you replace all the creepy ambient cave noises with less creepy ambient cave noises? (Cause I hate the creepy ambience)
