Are there any cute texture packs out there for 1.7.2 like Girlcraft? I have it but it doesn't work very well, there are some missing textures. I have most of the cute packs, but I want something updated. Any suggestions?

Actually it's outdated, but I'd recommend Dandelion, JoliCraft and Painterly.
If you can go on a higher resolution, check out some cartoonish packs such as Sphax, SixtyGig and Acme Pack! They look cute-ish!
Awesome! I tried to use Painterly ( I customized it which took forever ) but It doesn't show up in my Minecraft resource packs! I closed the window so I would have to make it all over again... Help?
