This is really not good. At all. Not as a serious pack, and not as a prank. Mostly, this is just sad. Sorry, but it's true.
I strongly recommend that you start over and think seriously about what you're trying to accomplish by making a resource pack. I also suggest that you put more effort into it. Read some tutorials on pixel art, or on making textures for 3d games in general. Stay away from super-bright colors. They don't look good. Even if you want to go with bright colors, there are better ways to select them than the boring old MSPaint default palette. Read up on color selection and coordination while you're at it. Believe me, it WILL help you.
Honestly, if you're not going to take making a pack seriously then don't expect anyone else to take your pack seriously either.
The only thing I have to say positive is that you built a working resource pack. Kudos to you on that. However, if I may recommend taking Alvoria's words to heart. Build up your skills through practice, experimentation, observation and understanding. Do have fun but make it a learning experience, you will see that progress will happen.
