The provided zip file contains modified normal glass and modified stained glass textures that remove the lines from the middle of the glass, making it clear. This is not a resource pack, but is still easy to install. Only the 18 image files necessary to change the textures are provided.
How to install the textures without using a resource pack
1. Open up your Minecraft game file location, under C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
2. Open .minecraft
3. Open versions
4. Select the profile that you wish to update the textures of
5. Open the contained .jar file using WinRAR or another archive manager
6. Open assets -> minecraft -> textures -> blocks and simply drag the .png files into that folder and let them overwrite the existing ones
7. You have successfully installed the new textures
