Like I said, it's beta testing. We are working on previews, blocks, items and more.
1) This pack is 16x, not 32x. (All of your textures are 16x16 pixels as far as I can tell)
2) Your download is 42 megabytes. That's much too big, given the amount of textures you've changed. When you're releasing a copy for the public, you should at least delete the sound files from the pack. That will cut down your filesize to about 7mb. You should also avoid redistributing Mojang's assets in general, so you should probably remove all of the unchanged default content too, seeing as how it doesn't really need to be there in the first place.
3) Other than the low fire, I don't really see how this pack is supposed to enhance pvp. The only other change I can find is that you just coloured over some of the weapons with a solid colour. Usually when I come across PVP packs, they focus on some more practical aspects like a more transparent UI, or putting indicators on key items. You're free to use whatever textures you want, but if you're creating this pack for other pvp players, I'm not sure how this would benefit them. If making a pvp pack is what you really want to do, then you should put some more careful planning into it. There's already hundreds and hundreds of pvp packs out there, and 90% of them are all the same, so it's not a very easy task to be unique with this.
Best of luck.
