Downloaded and checked with Kasperskiy 2014 - no viruses.
But it's very outdated, unfinished and terrible-looking.
This is called a bucketfill. These packs are a dime a million (we are past a dozen) and are as fun as an enema. (Sorry OP, but you need to look no further to my thread on the discussion sub-sub section to see a dozen carbon copies of this pack)
My advice for OP:
-Start from scratch
-Look up tutorials on shading in art (but do not do an OCD type shading)
-Use more than one colour per block (obviously since you are shading)
-Avoid the default MC colours like the plague
-Take at least 30 minutes per texture.
To be honest I usually only use 2-6 minutes per texture when making a 16x16 pack.
You are experienced however. For someone just starting out (such as I with my hand drawn pack), you will be spending that extra time scrapping and redoing a single block. You may restart a single block three-four times before you get it right. Hence the extra time given.
Het guys vince buscus here and I just wanted to make a texture pack for you guys!
Add some pictures if you want anyone to download your resource pack.
