Well it's nice to see this isn't another one of those total bucketfill packs that a lot of the "simplicity" ones look like. I can tell you put effort into this.
Unfortunately, it sort of just comes off as another OCD-style pack. A victory for a texture artist is when their work is distinct enough that you can identify it at first glance. When I first saw your screenshots, I thought all those textures were part of your pack, and then after reading, found out that it was a comparison between OCD and yours'. You're free to do what you want in the end, but if your pack is easily mistaken for OCD, I'm not sure how far it would get you.
There are many ways that you can do the simplicity/minimalist style that go beyond restricting yourself to flat colours or inorganic geometric shapes. I wrote up a forum post a while back that explains what minimalism and simplicity is, and how it can be applied in various ways, based on what I've learned. You can also experiment with different resolutions, which may give you more flexibility in how you create your textures.
Saying this is like saying you can't reproduce a colour. A lot of your textures are very basic bucket fills and you can't own colours.
This isn't very different from the over few thousand simple, flat, plastic, OCD "inspired" or whatever you want to label bucket-fill packs. the only difference between your grass block and OCD's is the thickness of the green box and the brown underline.
I suggest you find some tutorials to learn shading, tiling and colour use then to try making more unique textures from scratch instead of just coloured squares. With some basic pixel art knowledge you can start developing your own texturing style instead of making another OCD clone.
I know how to do that, I just don't really enjoy making very detailed texture packs :/
Some variation or another has been used on Planet Minecraft alone roughly 96 times; and this is after the removal of hundreds more in the mass simple-pack purge that happened a while ago. Almost all of the remaining ones look very similar to this pack, although each one is of course slightly different.
Using the forum search for "Simplicity" as part of the thread title yields another 59 results... again most of which are shockingly similar to this pack.
If you ever need to find out how original your pack is... try googling the first thing you think of to name it.

You can keep a simple style, while still being original. Just it takes a lot of work. Many people try and take on a simplistic pack in the hopes of it being an easy job, but the reality is that it isn't, especially at the 16x resolution, where it gets a bit harder to make your textures more distinct from others. You need to brainstorm for a bit. If you want an example of a good simple pack, take a look at Dandelion.
It's a lovely pack that focuses more on colour choices and more stylized motifs in order to pull off a good looking simple pack.
Again, brainstorm for a bit, and try again, because the OCD style pack has been done to death.
I'll say it here, and I'll say it again. DON'T post a resource pack on this forum and not expect to get some good constructive criticism, or from others just get admonished from senior members. This is literally what every other, non-original texture pack post look's like. SO beware.

hmm... I think I'll give it a try!

That's all I can really say in the end. I'm not sure how to critique this pack since it just looks like an OCD pack to me.

ok. I'll try to improve it, so I may not be on minecraft forums for a while.
No seriously get it right
