It's been a while since I posted my other texture pack (The Creeper pack ) which is VERY outdated. Today, I present my second texture pack which has much more changes than my previous one. I posted it on Planet Minecraft (It's a zip file BTW). If any of you have a planet minecraft account, please diamond and subscribe !
IMPORTANT
* I'm thinking of changing the name of this pack and start to add a new theme to it ( squarish as some people commented). I'm planning to stick with that theme and completely forget about just taking out the shading to all the blocks in the game which seems very boring, and also not very original. Thank you guys (Taiine, Freedomna and CopperCookie) for the help!
Sorry to say but these flat colored outlined packs have been done to death a d back. They are seen as nothing more then spam.
PMC has started removing these packs for the same reason, once well over 15k of this exact or nearly this exact same looking back,l down to 6k and still slowly shrinking.
Really we don't need another added to it. Also take any comments on PMC with a grain of salt. The place is riddled with little kids whom will think anything is cool, along with those that comment in hopes you'll like their pack in return.
Around these forums, you'll find real people with real feedback, and I can tell you for sure... this style of pack is labled as spam both here, and on PMC.

The only good texture you have is the, what I assume is Stone Brick?
Between the Birch and Quartz Ore.
This is an example of a great simple pact You see the palate and colour choice? The way the textures are simple, yet elegant?
Now I am not trying to wail on you or anything, far from it. I am a rubbish resource artist, can't draw to save my life... I just finally managed to understand how to shade in Minecraft yesterday so I am in no position to take the high ground.
I am just giving you some advice in hopes that you can use it to create an amazing resource pack. As I said, your... stone is it (looks great but I can't tell what it is) is your strongest texture. Focus on that and do NOT use the default Minecraft colours. Mix it up. If I wanted to see Minecraft's hideous palette I wouldn't be on these forums.
I would recommend looking at the guide I sent you along with the sticky guide in the Resource Discussion sub-forum.

I understand what you are saying, but I forgot to mention in the description, that this texture pack was specifically used to accompany my modern houses that I publish on PMC and the default texture doesn't really fit in with my houses, so I decided to make my own instead of using another's texture. I'm not the best artist, but people need to start of with something, and have to learn from their errors. This pack for example, is very basic and plain, but it's a start. I'm not someone who makes these packs just because I'm bored, like many people do just to get fame. I made it with a specific reason. I know that some of the blocks I have changed are plain and basic, but I changed them as they were the most basic blocks of the game, and they were worth changing a bit or else my texture would seem empty and also marked as spam for putting very little content in my pack. In some cases, I put in more importance and detail in some blocks, which were necessary for my modern houses. I hope you understand . Thanks for letting me know.

I don't want to be rude, but this not a good way to start your career of texturing, or to get fame. I do understand releasing a pack is a nice thing (I feel really good after doing so ). I actually really, really like your birch wood. That's a good simple texture. Try to stick to that style. For example, if you can't think of how to shade i. e. wool well, just add a pattern to it! Try to give every block vivid, different colours, and great shading and detail, and there you go: Good pack done!
Thank you, I understand

The reason I like it is because it does look like some time has been spent on it.
