I don't know, scan it. Why would it be virus? I personaly made the pack. Do you seriously think i would put a virus in it? I have no idea how to do that even if i wanted to. You sir, are a genius!
There are probably some online link virus scaners or something so you can try and search for them, but i don't see point of that...
A video doesn't prove no virus. Looking in the package file does. 99.9999% of viruses are exe files. Since they cant run from an archive like zip or rar, its safe to peak inside. There really is no foolproof way to prove there is no virus without looking in yourself.

My point was you should make a video or something to show that it indeed is what it is. I don't actually suspect you, but everyone should prove what they're providing.
EDIT: Did you make all of the sounds yourself? If not, you can't use an adf.ly. Or anyother ad site for that matter.

Ok, i forgot that about the adfly, i was just testing it anyway, it's not that you are forced to click on the adfly link anyway. Anyway i removed it.
This sound pack replaces original mob sounds with some girl sounds to make it sound better with Cute Mob Models.
Also it will be great to use with mob talker when 1.7.2 version comes out:
