You do realize that there's now an in-game setting that can do this better, right?
Just click Super Secret Settings like five or six times until you get to the negative filter. Boom! No resource pack required!
More to the point, stealing Mojang's textures and applying a filter to them is not cool dude. You didn't create these, so you shouldn't be posting them.
